We start with fresh corn on the cob.  We then cut the kernels off the cob and "milk" the cob.  Now we're getting serious!  Add onions, celery, bell peppers, garlic, shrimp, and herbs and spices and you have something special!  You will know it as soon as you taste this delicacy!
